blessed impressions

So I'm trying to do the blessed impressions task. Nowhere in the quest journal does it say how many elephants or froglok ton warrior do i have to kill. So i went and killed elephants ti'l it stopped updateding journal then i went to GUk and killed warriors til it said task stage complete. Now what?

Expand your quest window. By default (which I find annoying) it is too narrow to show the "count"

I've stretched my quest window out as far as it will go. The only thing that shows in the bottom is a vague description of what I need to kill. Usually theres like a 0/20 or whatever, that's not there. Just a brief paragraph describing the mobs I need to kill. Where's my counter???

Stretch it horizontally, not vertically.

There's a trick to it actually. It's not as simple as resizing the window - or at least, directing some of us to do that isn't specific enough to help. ;P

I had "lost" the counter portion and the option to delete or leave a task following the Oct. 5th patch, and tried resizing the window every which way I could think of. It was extremely frustrating, for those of you who didn't experience it. Finally I did find the solution on the SoE boards but in a rather obscure post (and NOT in the knowledge base there).

Click on the bar in the center of your task window (if you have only 2 sections showing) to get a "sizing" arrow. Then drag down until you can see the "missing" center window, which contains task instructions/counters and option buttons.

Thanks Kem, mine messed up after i went ld on two different accts with quest journal open. couldnt figure it out until i searched a few forums
