Old DoN Cultural Page - Mark as out of date?

I was wondering if someone could marke the following page as Out of Date.

or at least indicate that the items have changed/been made obsolete.

I know it falls under the category of checking the posts and patch notes, but out of habit I went to the page last night when I had a senior moment.

Would be good to start collecting the current Symbol Quests too. I think Ngreth said that the 2 higher tier quests are shared?

I added a prominent note to the guide, but yes, it would be good to get them updated with new quests and combine info.
