LoN Tradeskill Made Cards?

You want a tradeskillable way to purge LoN from EQ? Hmm... /evil grin
Humor aside, I think it's pretty clear that LoN isn't going anywhere. For those opposed to it, it's no worse than having Gems in EQ, and in fact, it's better -- if you get a booster pack drop (of no value to you if you don't play LoN), you can sell it to a player who does play LoN for oodles of cash.
That aside, I think it would be neat to have some cards that are unique to each game (EQ1/EQ2), and can only be made using that game's tradeskills. Once the cards are "imported" into LoN, they can be traded or used in decks like normal cards. Still, they take a little more effort to acquire than typical CCG cards, which gives them a nice collectibility and flavor.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

But the nature of tradeskills makes those common, though rare drops could be required.
I am not sure at this time that they are into doing single cards, but I can ask.
Tradeskills will NOT be making packs.

Seems pretty clear to me: I gather that M:tG still has a large following, and there's probably a fair amount of cross-over between that group and online gamers. It is an attempt to either hold on to the card gamers already playing EQ, or to attract card gamers to the game.
For those like me that have no interest in those sorts of games, it is mostly just an annoyance to hear all the chatter about it. Plus money spent in game on cards is money not spent on stuff on my mule, presumably, though you could argue about pass-through.
