To echo Catweazel's interactions with SOE CS - I've had several petitions and escalations to Lead GM's deny resolution of this situation in a satisfactory manner.
I gave them specific names and times of transactions, and a guy who duped at least 16 AAAA is still running around CT un-banned.
The hilarious finale to my correspondence with SOE CS was to the effect of "You are now the owner of several AAAA - use them how you will".
On the basis of the above, I have a few conclusions:
The magic number, if indeed there was one, is > 16.
People who were scammed into buying exploit/duped AAAA are now considered to be legit owners of those AAAA.
