Pure Enchanted Velium Bar

I have used this recipe to get to try and get to 300...however its a recipe that you can not learn to speed up the process. Why is this, and can we get this changed?

Quest recipes are often set as unlearnable. As I understand it, it is because should only need to do them once (i.e. to discourage people from using those recipes to skill up).

Does this quest recipe actually allow skill ups?

p.s. enchanted velium bits are used extensively I believe as a skill up path, and I believe Ngreth has acknowledged it is a viable skill up path.

It does. Whenever I find myself out of Tae Ew blood vials, MDSs, or Sunshard ore - I fill in that time with the velium bars. You do get skillups, but it's a pita with the recipe being unlearnable.

I have never said "Valid" skill up path. I just acknowledge that people do use it as one.

Frankly I dislike this as a skillpath.

That in mind, I am NOT taking it away... and I am NOT making it easier. This is a quest recipe that people happen to be using for skill-ups. At this time I will not be changing its status as a quest recipe that cannot be learned.
