Just a suggestion: replace lore with legend and less people would go nut trying to solve a nonexistient recipe. Lore is too easily confused as mentioned above while legend is more likely a back story details.

As for virgin gnome, how would one check for them? Short of unicorn test, any female gnome could claime to be virgin as they are very small and... um... do we have an adult only section where I could explain in details?
