Fading Shadow weapons

I was in ToFS today on The Sleeper, and there are Fading Shadow (weapons) dropping that say "This item can be used in tradeskills." but I am unable to find a recipe here.

Ex:
Fading Shadow Scimitar
Slot: Pri Sec
Skill: 1H slashing Atk Delay: 23
DMG: 6
This item can be used in tradeskills
HP: +2
Wt: 5.0 Size: MEDIUM
Class: WAR RNG SHD DRU BRD ROG

Slot 1, type 4: empty

They are used in this quest in Stonebrunt Mountains (15 trivial smithing combine).
