Buying skillups from Class GM's

Currently at 235, or so, pottery and thought about buying some skillups from class GM as I have some points laying around doing nothing. The gm replied, when I tried, that I need to have advanced skills to do this? What skill is he refering to? ANy ideas?

You can only train at your GM to a skill of 20. The rest of the way to 300 must be earned.

in going from 70-75 I have some skill points to buy, and I can tell you already I am saving them for forage, assuming it will be usable for that, once forage for everyone makes its way into the game.

You might want to keep them for that.
