I don't know why I clicked the ad above, bored I guess. But that's one website that clearly is trying to rip people off.

I stopped immediately when it asked me to "agree to terms", which I hadn't even seen yet.
By signing up for this service and by entering your personal PIN Code which will be sent to the mobile phone number supplied by you on this website, you acknowledge that you are subscribing to our service. All plans are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Your phone must be polyphonic compatible, be Internet-enabled and have text messaging capability. You must be the owner of this device and either be at least sixteen years old or have the permission of your parent or guardian. The love wallpaper service will be billed to your wireless account at 9.99 per month and horoscope predictions at $5.99 per week on code 76284. Wallpaper service available to AT&T, Cingular, Dobson, T-mobile and Sprint customers only.
So anyone that actually goes through that site is authorizing them to bill your cell phone number $35/month. I'm sure that information is put in later, I certainly didn't go that far into it. And they will keep billing you, even if you never use the service, unless you make the effort to cancel your service. And of course many people don't read their bills line by line, and might not even notice the charges for a long time.
