Suddenly struck with the bug to play EQ again, so I turned in some coke points for a copy of titanium. Made a character, went into the tutorial...

And spent the next 20 minutes saying "rat steaks" over and over again just so I could have a 15 baking when I left the tutorial. *sigh*

Once a tradeskiller, always a tradeskiller... Only now I need to make my climb on brand new characters.

I see a lot of new and different things, and I'm looking forward to skilling up again, only this time without the carpal tunnel!

There are some good tradeskill quests in Abysmal Sea and Crescent Reach that will get you up to ~50 for free, just requires some repetitive hails and turnins.

Welcome back to the game. There are lots of new things to make and items to collect to make them with. Look into the evolving trophies task (in west freeport outside the gate) once you get done with the Abysmal Sea tradeskill quests. Since you will end up completing those with 52 or so points in the tradeskills you do and a skill of 50 is required to start the task for the trophy.
You will soon be wandering around muttering under your breath about drop rates, trivial combines, stats to max for best chances in a combine, what would happen if I threw these items in a tradeskill container and hit combine??.... you know, the usual stuff
