Bug: Combines not working in some zones

I had a problem making Fine Salt in a Spell Research Kit last night while I was in E&W Freeport. But it worked ok when I went to PoK. Repeated with same result. Heard chatter that someone else had similar problem making silk swatches. Then saw this thread over on the SOE boards (http://eqforums.station.sony.com/eq/...ssage.id=17196).

Thought I'd mention it here in case others were having similar problems.
