There is a series of quests in Goru'kar Mesa where you have to make some tradeskill items for the love of a young satyr's life. On the forth teir of the quest you have to make a robe and it has to be dyed dark green. I have not been able to forage or find the ground spawns of any of the Evergreen Leaves in Greater Fay. I was thinking maybe since they put in some new treant models in the zone they may have messed up the ground spawns /shrug. Has anyone found any Evergreen Leaves in Greater Fay since TSS went live ?

They exist.
I went and checked a live server yesterday and they are there.
You can also find these around the Wind Willow in the Mesa

It sounds like you refer to the Glowing Green Silver Earring of Dragoste quest. Did you catch the patch message not long ago that the graphic for a ground spawn of Evergreen Leaves has changed? Maybe that's what's messing you up? Try clicking on anything that looks even slightly different than the rest of the ground.
(I'll add that they're also a spawn in Mesa to the database! Thanks, Ngreth!)

I recently went looking for an evergreen leaf in Greater Faydark. I did manage to find one eventually, but wow, those things are really hard to see on the green ground. I made a screen shot of one on the ground, and if anybody is interested I can crop that shot down to a more managable size and post it (or a link to it or something) here.Uncle Shmoozo

I think it would be a good idea as some of us cannot afford the latest or greatest computers in the world like some giant corporation nor do we have IT staff we can call on for assistance to get it up and running smoothly < all this just to say I got almost every thing turned down to the bare minimum just to make the game playable> also Ground spawns are difficult at best for those of us with out these super boxes.
P.S. I did by the way miss any postings of new ground spawn graphics if there is an easier way to spot them then by all means out with it, please.Strokker~Fennin Ro
What makes a man a man? A friend of mine once wondered. Is it his origins? The way he comes to life? I don't think so. It's the choices he makes. Not how he starts things, but how he decides to end them.John Myer~Hellboy 2004

Okay I redid my screenshots, cropped them, and adjusted the gamma in them a little to make them clearer. I'm going to present one showing a leaf on the ground in Greater Faydark, and one showing a leaf on the ground near the Wind Willow in the Goru'kar Mesa zone. For me it was MUCH easier to find the ones up near the Wind Willow in Goru'kar Mesa. For one thing they're confined to a much smaller area (the area up near that Wind Willow) and for another they are somewhat easier to actually see against the brown ground there than they are against the green gound in Greater Faydark.Originally posted by StrokkerP.S. You may have to adjust your own gamma and contrast settings to help you find them, but assuming you aren't in danger from the various mobs in the area of the Wind Willow (I was amiable, myself) I'd strongly suggest the Mesa as the better place to gather them.Uncle Shmoozo

thanks
Thank you all for your help. /Showgrass off and some running around by the willow tree netted me one
. The leaf does look like a leaf and there was a pale green diamond shape up there also that was a willow acorn needed in an earlier part of the quest. So if you don't want to take any faction hits from killing the willow protectors to get your acorns a bit of running around will take care of it

yeah. we got a new "brown rock" that looks like a brown lump... I will eventually change the acorns to that, but I did not have time at the time I was looking at it.
