Bugged tradeskill trophy quest...?

I figured I'd do the pottery trophy at skill 199 before I dinged over to 200, so I got the quest and spent a couple of hours making all the combines (TSS vendors are very nice :-)). The quest registered all the completed combines correctly, but the judge would not accept anything from me (the standard 'I have no need of this' or whatever the wording is). I'm pretty sure I recall seeing this reported somewhere before, but I'm not sure where.

Can anyone tell me of this is a known bug, and if so if there is any known way out of it?

Did you fire the components? The task updates on the unfired step, but the judge will only accept the fired versions.
