Vendor recharge disabled

I noticed since the TSS patch that the same items with different number of charges do not stack together on a vendor. This means you can't vendor-recharge items anymore, such as stalking probes or other goodies of potentially significant value. Yeah they supposedly dealt with this 2 years ago, but now it is finally functioning that way. I didn't test to see if it's working on bazaar vendors.

I sure wish they'd remember to list game changes like this in the patch message.

They did put this in the patch message roughly 2 years ago when they changed PoMischief actually. You ahvent' been able to vendor recharge lockets of escape (or anything else) since then.

Hmmm, been able to recharge Prayers of Life this way as recently as 3 weeks ago, but have not tried since the expansion released.
