New Colorful Bags?

I was looking through the new TGA files and saw some pretty new colorful bags in dragitem40.tga. Has anyone discovered these for sale or, dare I hope, a quest (or some other procedure) to change colors for existing bags we may own...?

But how would you combine it? You can't but a container in a container. It would have to be a quest handin I guess.

Right click the dye vial like a potion then right click the bag to dye it OR hold dye and right click bag with dye on cursor, a pop up conformation can come up "Are you sure you want to dye this bag?".

Or maybe instead of prismatic dyes, they could use fine plate dyes? At least a few of them? Or just the extracts in various combinations? It'd be nice for those to have a use again.
