Can cast right clickies while banking =)

Thanks for this change! =) Was always annoying to have to get a collapsed whatever from the bank, close out the bank which of course closed out of all my open bags, click it, then bank again and put the clickable back. Or, of course, clicking a trophy for an extra bag when I need it =) Now I can swap out clickables even when needed without ever closing the bank (and all my bags).

Hmmm, be careful when you port from the bank interface.... all my stuff went away.

A /camp and relog fixed it, but boy, that was annoying.
