My guess is today or tomorrow, but that's just a guess.
OOW and LDoN spells will be researchable. Ngreth said that at the last HoC chat (in case someone needs a source for the info.) There isn't much tailoring (source is the tailoring forums here.)
I can't recall anything else that I've read about the expansion.
