For the sylvan berries, try killing the orc camps and brownies in lower faydark. I get more killing them than from my forage usually. You can get the morning dew that way also.Foraged stuff, like sylvan berries / morning dew are a pain to forage, especially for higher level characters who don't really get much if any exp in those zones. So they command a higher price.
I haven't found anything to drop the emerald oranges or the rathe berries yet though unfortunatly.

Another thing to take into account on pricing which alot of people DON'T think of, is if it is a tradeskill item, what are you willing to pay for the final product all made up?Originally posted by QuichonHow do you price foraged/farmed goods? Time spent foraging/farming? Drop rate/forage table size? Supply/Demand for item?
Example: hearty shissar blood, robust shadow essence, & exceptional shissar blood. these items are needed to make potions of the levels 7-9 levels for some wanted potions like skinspikes.
Currently these items are going for 1k-5k apiece on Fennin Ro. If you are wanting to sell it at that price, does that mean you are willing to pay that much for the final item? I doubt it. And yet, I hear people complain that there's nothing above level 6 in the baz.
Hello, level 6 is vendor bought, and the vendors aren't trying to rip off tradeskillers.
Some people say it's the rarity because no one wants to go farm them. hmm.. what else drops in those zones?
The Grey- Hearty shissar blood & Yttrium ore? luclin shards if you are gathering your shards
Griegs end- Robust shadow essence, and all sorts of stuff including a Divine aura hammer
SSRA- Exceptional shissar blood, shissar scales, crystalized sulfer, spells, runes, etc..
AND at level 70, you can still get XP in all those places, so it's not as if you are farming greenies and not getting XP for it. True maybe not KILLER ULTRA XP, but still it is XP.

Many times over the years I've said "the one true path to making plat, it seems, from every guide/post/thread/writeup I've ever seen, is -Exploit-Tradeskillers- if you boil it down."Originally posted by Elyssanda*snip*

Some days I find myself wishing for SOE to put in "vendors" to set the prices. 15k for a metallic scale, 75 plat for a morning dew... /sigh Then the Bazaar and Barter prices would be reasonable. The downside is that just having them would ruin the market. (If you could buy unlimited MDS at 15k you wouldn't be able to sell many at 14k. And having unlimited supply would ruin the nifty-ness of people being in the 2100 club.)
Hmm... maybe a VERY small supply with a "resupply quest" ...
Itek: Hey, I need 15 MDS please.
Shop-Keep: Ok, I charge 225k plat for 15 scales.
Itek: No problem, I found 3 giant drogmar "roaming free" and "returned" them to their owners.
Shop-Keep: *nervous laughter* Oops, I seem to be out of stock... now if I had a Bristlebane's Party Platter, an Ornate Greaves Mold and an Ixt tongue I might be able to get a new supply....
Itek: .... *sigh* Ok, lemme write this down...In My (Not Always) Humble Opinion, except where I quote someone. If I don't know I say so.
I suck at this game, your mileage WILL vary. My path is probably NON-optimal.
