New Vendor items

I looked and could not find any reference to these things. There are 10 new stock items for sale by the DoDH Spell Reasearch merchant ( Merchant Model CGXIV ) in Coranthus Creep. They are different variations of "Hide Solution" from Crude to Fine Runic. Any clues as to which hides are used with these and what they are for?
