DoN GM Materials - Where?

I've seen the question asked several times of where these materials drop, but I've never seen a particularly satisfying and definitive answer. Does anyone know if there is a list out there on the net somewhere that lists:
a) The names of all the DoN tasks/missions/whatever
b) Whether Glossy Drake Hides, Metallic Drake Scales, Coarse Spider Silk, and even Purescale Ore drop in that instance

My next step (when I get home, if I remember...since I can't access Sony's boards from work) is to post a message on the Artisan's Way asking for some official word on which instances drop which materials...since DoN is now nearing 3 expansions old.

for b) Metallic Drake Scale, Glossy Drake Hide, and Purescale Ore all drop in Creator, Blackwing missions (and others, but most prominently in those as the drop requires a certain average level to be on the loot table).

Coarse Spider Silk is still amazingly rare, but drops have been reported from Death Comes Swiftly.

Coarse Spider Silk is far from Amazingly rare, with the exception being that people won't go farm it.

They drop off the appropriate model in all level 68+ average missions. i.e., if there's a drake model, it can drop the drake items, if there's a spider model in the instance, it can drop the silk. Purescale ore is a random expansion-wide drop.

As an aside, did they take purescale ore off of the forage tables? I thought I recalled foraging some of these in the early goings of DoN, don't think I've seen any recently though.

Pretty sure only scale ore was foraged while the purescale ore was droped...

Even in zones with the right spiders, the coarse spider silk is still a very rare drop. They should simply have added it to the drop table of the spiders in lavaspinners instances a year ago and be done with it...
