Does anyone have a self-made guide to seals (the bazu stone ones)?

There is so much clicking involved and my job is so busy I just don't have a lot of time to sort out how many glowgems I may need to farm etc..

I have 100 seal patterns in my bank, GM boots and access to easily get a bazu stone. What do I need to farm? Who do I need to approach with what? Basically some kind of written guide on these complex items and what is needed would be very helpful if anyone has made one.

Thank you, that's a good start.

Now, doing a search, on Shadowmane pelt I turn up lots of complaints about farming them, but no actual mention of what drops them and where.

Someone obviously knows if they have farmed them. Could this be updated on the site possibly or posted here if you have gotten one please?

The information on the main site is only updated when players submit the info. So far, no one has reported a specific source, which is what we need in the database.

I've heard reports of pelts dropping from Shadowmanes in Stoneroot falls, and I've seen them drop from werewolves in one of the Fibblebrap missions ... The second one, in Stoneroot, I think, though I'm not positive. It's the one with the long, tunnely zone mostly filled with undead where you have to kill the captain at the end.

They drop on the Matriarch Shyra raid as well.

The Lodge of the Fang is the zone for Matriarch Shyra instance.

I have also seen them drop from the Shadowmanes in Undershore up in the NW corner.

Shadowmane pelts drop off the wolves in SRF. You can find a few safe spots in the western edge of the second circle on the map. Drop rate was quite poor when I farmed them last year.

Shadowmane pelts drop very well in Dreadspire Keep, in the Keleborn area downstairs. Every time we flag for Vule access, we usually get 2-3 pelts.

Things to get ASAP if you want to make your own 4a
5 Clockwork Gnome Bolts
1 Shadowmane Pelt

Those are the rarer components, look over the "shopping list" for the 4a and start collecting some of the other things on that list. As someone who has made about 30 of these containers, those are the real bottlenecks, if you concentrate on finding the above things, you should be able to get the other things on the way. Oh, find a tinker too, make friends with them, you'll be happy.

The easiest place to farm them for me was in SR, since I could duo the camp with a well geared SK and no trouble at all (I'm a lvl 70 cleric). Just pet pull if split isn't easy, and you might need a slower, depending on gear.

Otherwise, like reported, they drop during Shyra raids, in Dreadspire Keep, and also in Demiplane of Blood, which is my alternate source (but probably out of reach )

The spot in SR is the western wall, the most western you can be, near the statue that ports you to DS if you have looted an Invitation. Some wolves are cleric, just be ready to stun them. You will see two camps, the camp closer to statue is the best since there are more 'Olders' there, and these are the wolves that have the better drop rate. Expect a pelt every 2 or 3 clearings.

Like Niph and others said.. they drop just fine (not quite fast enough but given what they're used for its understandable) in Stoneroot Falls... My best experience (boxing a 70 cleric and warrior) was just west of the werewolf mission camp... a few pulls do require either a bard/monk/sk/necro or placate, but if you're smart with it it is very easy. just don't let them run
