oh and on the record of the people that have been commenting on the velium bars....think of it as they are essentially ice ore so they melt anywhere else. Unless the building they add the merchant who sells it in is some sort of cold storage place.

More to the point, why doesn't it melt if you are simply carrying bars of it outside of Thurgaddin?

The bars remain usable no matter where you are taking them without any special storage considerations...

They can sit in a backpack literal years without degrading.

another shopping item

I know I'm way way late adding to this thread, but I just realised that there are a couple items I've been using a lot recently that aren't available in Abysmal, or most other places: Tracker's Water Extractor and Purification Tablet. (I've been making a lot of Celestial Temper. )

The TWE is itself something of an odd duck because the vendor appears to carry only one. That is if someone buys it, the vendor no longer carries it until the next repop. Sort of like the ore vendors except just one of the item is in stock and there's no way (that I know of) to make it restock. After failing to find it once on the vendor in FoB I made sure to store one in my bank.

Oh, and with regard to making it easier to "go shopping" from the Guild Hall and back, I'd like to add the related suggestion that the brew barrel and loom in the GH should be Tanaan versions. (After all, the GH is off of PoK, sort of.)
