• Experimental All Bard Guild on FV

Be it known that Many bards from across the different Servers of Norath are uniting on Firiona Vie

The purpose to have fun, learn from each other, and to see how far such a group can go

If interested see this thread on http//pub142.ezboard.com/feqdivabardsofeverquestfrm83EQDiva

Each person will concentrate on different skills.

Each tradeskill will have a dedicated Toon. (edit put in bold for Mudcrush)

Gonna be fun

Edit 30 toons so far (all have to start at level 1 again) Guild will be forming this thursday around 8 EST. We even have some retired EQers c oming out of hibernation for this hehe.

FYI FV has a One character per account. Good vs Evil Races apply (in Roleplaying) The "Common" Language is gone you have to learn other races language to converse.

Harpsicord
4th song
Kitty
Rao's gear

Retired from EQ on or around Septemeber 06.

Harp's gear

PS. Molto Has retired. EQ2 has lured core group away.

I quit the game I loved because it wasn't anymore. Guilds allowing farmers in because they could do a lot of damage in raids.
SoE not really doing anything about farmers, macroquesters ect.
Still Some of my favorite times spent online happened in Norath. The friends and mobs I remember fondly.

Sorry you feel that way Mudcrush.
Maybe I didn't clerify enough.
Each member will concentrate on one Tradeskill exclusivly. And starting with 30 members already most who have mastered one or more on alt characters they know how and what there doing. The fact is that we should have 5 or more characters who master each skill. I.E. 5 toons mastering tailoring 5 toons mastering Metalsmithing. And the rest will keep ALL drops that are used in Tradskilling. (they have to cause FV only alows one toon per acount.)

As a guild we ALL will contribut to who ever needs something. (we will GM one at a time in each tradeskill untill we have one GM in each (obviously class only skills are excluded) THen once we have the first GM we will continue with the others. (it may only be the first GM who we concintrate on We will see)

If any moderators want to bump this to OOC thats fine no worries with me.

I liked the irony of the only guy to bother to reply did so just to say this was the wrong forum... bumping the post from obscurity in the process.

I also liked the whole "We will have tradeskillers" defense.

Yah, your guild idea is all about the tradeskillers, and I read playboy for the articles.

Good show guys.

lol Actually Before we decided to do this (the idea has been bounced around alot on Diva) We thaought what is the major benifits what can we do. Seems Bards like tradeskills more than some. (is it the constant twisiting of songs that makes us click happy? Not sure don't care)

Tradeskills was one of the first topics to come up. Seems some of our guilds didn't concentrate on tradeskills Untill they were 50+ and PLed a certain tradeskiller up. leaving those really interested to use there own ends to there chosen skill.

Oh well since The main coments on this topic were negative I'll let it drop into oblivion. If you are interested I'll probblay put up something In the FV market place once everything is settled in.
