Possible bug with Expert Potter trophy. Any way to fix this?

My shaman has a pottery skill of 251. I decided to do his Master Alchemy trophy & Expert Potter trophy at the same time yesterday. The Alchemy trophy quest worked fine but I have a problem with the pottery one.

I already had the pre-POR Grandmaster Potter's Sculpter and I successfully made the other requirements. In the Quest Window, all of the "create" steps were green/marked as "done" except the GM Potter's Sculpter. I went back to WFP, handed my GM Potter's Sculpter to the Coordinator Baublie, who marked it as "created" in the Quest Window and handed it back. Good so far.

I then handed the GM Potter's Sculpter to Judge Marion with 3 other items, as the first batch of items I was going to give her to have marked "delivered" on my scorecard. She kept the GM Potter's Sculpter & marked it "delivered," but she returned the other 3 items with the usual "I have no need this, you can have it back." Now, she will not take any of the other items that I had made and give me credit for them.

I petitioned a GM, which was an exercise in futility, sadly. Judging by his response, he didn't even understand the first 2 sentences in my petition. In a nutshell, he said he wouldn't do anything about it and that I should ask other players. So, here I am.
Any ideas on how I can get the Judge to take my items or return my old trophy? Please advise. I don't see how I did anything different this time then when I got my Master Brewing trophy with another character.

What items specifically?

Make sure you're turning in exactly what the task requires. The create step is looking for the unfired version, but the turn ins must be fired.

Expert Potter Test - unconfirmed since 4/19 patch

Fifth step appears be bugged in asking for Unfired Crucible of Escape when you're to turn in Blue Ceramic Bands.

Can you hand in four items at a time? I assume you can, I've been doing it one at a time, just to be safe. Well, except for when she's asking for multiples of an item (eg, 4 mino brews, gave her all those at once).

Yep I've handed in up to four things at a time. Although the first time it was with things that were easy to replace.

I started and finished this task earlier this week on an alt. Also was at 251, and old GM sculpter. Gave it to Coordinator after getting task, and it was tagged completed.

Fifth step asked for 3 unfired blue ceramic bands. I made everything, fired them, and turned them in along with the GM sculpter.

No problems, worked as it should.

I noticed last night that the Unfired Crucible of Escape/Blue Ceramic Band thing was fixed in the journeyman potter task. That one and the expert now are fixed - need confirmation of whether it's fixed in the master task.

So Wulf, were you handing in a Crucible of Escape (fired or unfired) rather than a Blue Ceramic Band?

Nolrog hit on the problem: I had fired the easy-to-make items (pots, bowls), then logged in my enchanter to make the mana vials & lacquered gems, then logged in my druid to run to Permafrost & Old Seb. When I had all the necessary items a couple of hours later, I relogged my shaman to do the combines. I forgot to have him fire the second batch of items. It was a bad coincidence that I tried to hand in some of the 7 items that I had forgotten to fire.

The judge required both the 3 blue ceramic bands AND the crucible of escape. I handed those items in last & in that order. When she got the crucible, I got my scorecard. All 4 were fired--belatedly.
