    re: Ngreth:
Thanks for the change to the quest. I have done all of them except the drake wing bone component items. Look forward to fewer wing bone requirements (like none :-). As of today, they cost 4k each, about 16 times more than going from skill level 0 to 200, and as of today, you still 6 of them = 96 times the cost of 0 to 200. Still wish i could use a delevel quest, but hey, something is better than nothing i guess :-).

    re: Mewkes:
I to remember that, and held off any tradeskilling after the Coldain Prayer Shawl quest to get tailoring up there. Never could get tailoring, over 200, so i never did any more tradeskilling for about a year. Then i said heck with it, got the brewing old trophy, and then the new tanaan ability came out it was nice. With DoN i was able to get tailoring up for wood elf druid, wish i could for my wood elf warrior also, but i guess DoN is only one (tailoring or blacksmithing) and not both. So the warrior is stuck with no DoN tailoring path.

you can always delevel your tradeskills.... tho it would require deleveling your character to level 1 in the process, but hey, it would be easy to get your trophy up at that point.

Always options, I was thinking of new option to delevel skill level. Its kind of like, "oh, why would someone want to de-aug a piece, ok, well we can make a change to allow that." Its new content blocked, due to old gameplay choices (based on old content) and providing choices over how to proceed with new content - forcing a player to step back opening new gameplay or player proceeding from current level. Deleveling is possible to do, just priorities at EQ.

option 2: I thought about restarting char, but i got tailoring to 250... and i'll never use fletching anyway... so no go. (I spent 300k in tailoring to get absolutely 0 skill ups - old skill increase path - it seemed that there should have been cap counter, ala after 1,000 tries, you get a skill point - it was only to 189 after all.)

option 3: I cant get skill to 250, since thats AA's. Already spent 36 AA's on tradeskills, trophy is a nice to have, not a requirement and so many other AA's :-).

        option 1 is a delevel quest :-).

I look forward to April 19th option and appreciate the change :-).

I don't understand what you mean there. You can do both DoN tailoring and DoN smithing on the same character with no problem.

Across the chasm in The Deep is where I've found most of mine.

Small bricks of yttrium ore off thought horror mobs in The Deep, seems like only the ones across the invisible bridge drop it. They're a pain though, since the evokers like to cast dispel a lot (bye-bye haste and clarity). Stay away from the elder thought horrors, you'll get 3 at a time, they hit for 500+, they're unsnareable and unslowable.

A safer but slower alternative is the sun revenants in The Grey. I haven't tried Grieg's End or the other places that eqtraders.com says they drop at.

I haven't seen any Yttrium brick drop in GE but I've only done trash mobs around the center of the zone just past the gate. Named don't pop very often so no way to tell if it's named only drop or not.

Deep is probably still the best place to farm the bricks. Bring clarity pots and haste pot if you can't cast such spells and kill eveything in the north half of the zone past invis bridge. You should be fine as the elder's are in the south area.

Incorrect. Deleveling would have zero effect on his fletching skill.

you missed the point, to delevel your tradeskills and get it reset, you would have to delete your character and start over, hence deleveling your character to level 1 as well.

I've seen yttrium drop from the four-armed mobs that guard Grieg himself in GE, though not off any other trash or named in the zone.

Master Fisherman (200) and possibly Drunk (2xx + 20%), not sober enough to tell!

Thats why i responded earlier with the fact that after getting tailoring to 250, i wasnt going to restart for fletching at 200 :-).

Wish this was possible or more then anything transfer it. I did not know Chanters got a special jewelry AA :-( and I started it with my main a druid, not she can bang her head against the wall she did, 289 in skill and no jewelry AA. *sigh* wish I was more curious and would ahve looked at my AAs at lvl 20 and not wait till I hit 51
