trouble with Journeyman Tailor Test

I had finished all requested products and delievery except 2, Bolstered Cragbeast Pack and Steel-Laced Etched Bull Whip. I acutually had made them .. twice, but the task progression just won't get updated. 10k ish was spent.. not sure if I want to remove the task and start over again.

Any idea what went wrong or how to fix it? Anyone had ran into the same problem?
