All it means is someone datamined probably. These recipes were removed a while back, but the links still exist on linkbots and stuff.

For the interested: the mechanotablet for this type of seal does still drop (I got one a couple of weeks ago and it took me a while to figure out it was the pet focus one).

I am assuming that the combines to make the final seals don't work - although I have not risked losing valuable ingredients just to find out for sure.
