  • Anyone have a little advice for me please? =D

Hi there. I am not sure if any of you remember a player named Shakoboy, the shaman who used to post here lots- he was way into almost every tradeskill!

Well i am his sister, and he hasnt posted in a long time because he quit eq about a year more or less ago to go on to college and got too busy for the game. He gave me his account with the Shaman, who at that time had almost every tradeskill maxed. ( they could only go up to 200 then ) . I have not played his shaman, but i made a wizard. Well i am getting this tradeskill bug itching me and i would like to try my hand at it. My only question here is which one? I would really appreicate some input here as to which tradeskill is considerd very fun? Which one has the potential for more profits compared to the others, etc? =D I will be using shako for the tradeskill making because his skill is already up there, but im assuming he will need a couple skill ups because i know they raised the cap to 250 or something like that available with the aa? Also, is getting the tradeskill related AA worth it and what are your opinions on that? Thank you in advance for helping me out here this looks like a lot of fun, and this site also looks really informational with lots of helpful and nice people!

The new tradeskill cap is 300:-O. You can get to 50 skill for free by doing the quests on the ship in abysmal sea if you have Gates of Discord expansion.Bakeing and Brewing,Pottery are the easyest/cheepists to get skill in.If you pick any other i'd recommend doing the DoN armor quest for the patterns as the materials you need for these aren't too hard to get at low skill lvls but get Much rarer at higher lvls.Hope this helps and Happy Tradeskillin:-)
