Pet Kibble

I thought this up while playing with my dog, Pet Kibbles in eq they would add maybe a bit of mitigateion or strikethrough or whatever. pluss maybe attack or regen.

The different types of pets would eat different things, undead Brains or raw flesh, elementals enchanted gems crushed and spice added, animal pets , like beast warder kibble or something.

Make the recipies fairly difficult cause they would be preety powerful.

As a Bst with 1947 tradeskill points (I'm getting there...slowly), I would LOVE this idea...though I suspect that pets don't "eat" like we do. Therefore, in order to not make it permanent items for the pets, some coding changes would have to happen.

Still...I like the idea.

yea i figured that .....maybe make it act like tribute kind of, but you give it to your pet. I thought it would be fun if our pets would talk or emote to us(in the case of warders or doggies) like intelligent weapons do

Perhaps have it as a 1-charge click item that can only target pets? Not the same thing as "feeding" the pet by handing it to the pet, but it does get around the timer issue -- all buffs have a timer, so the effect isn't permanent.

yea but then it might as well be a tailored power collar or something(which is also a gud idea) really i want to see my pet pigging out on the Norrathian Brand Purina elemental Kibbles , or Grogs Pickled Froglok nausages(lol)

Heh. Twistagain is a name I've used since before Everquest existed. It's not a character name at all...just board/username. It comes from my Magic Type 1 days. I played (and still do, occasionally) a deck that casted Timetwister a lot (sometimes 10 or more times in a game.) So, I often was saying, "Twist, again." It just kinda stuck.
