Please examine the stats on the BBPP, add in the fact that it requires VERY high triv and PoWater drops, and you might understand what the issue is.Originally posted by AlothaI don't get it. I mean, seriously, I don't get it. What's with the outrage?
It's a NOTRADE item, it's expendable, and it's part of a limited-time quest. It provides a nice reward for somebody else, and effects you not at all. Why do you care?
In case you missed it... triv is outragous, and stats are the best of any food in the game currently.

Okay. So? It's NOTRADE. It's not affecting a market. Furthermore, it's expendable. Eventually people will get busy and forget to force feed, and the silly little food item will get eaten like all the others.Originally posted by QuichonPlease examine the stats on the BBPP, add in the fact that it requires VERY high triv and PoWater drops, and you might understand what the issue is.
And I say again, so? Really, how does this affect YOU? Again, not at all.In case you missed it... triv is outragous, and stats are the best of any food in the game currently.
I'm not impressed with people that boo-hoo because somebody else lucked into something, especially something as silly as a food item.
And, for the record, a 322 triv isn't what I would call outrageous. With geerlock, I hit MTPs (a few points higher than this) at close to 95%, and my baking isn't quite at 300 yet anyway.

I find this almost commical that people are up in arms that some BBPP have been given out to people. Why care about something so trivial and acting so elitist on a skill that requires no talent and just a little time to max out anyway. I am almost certain that over half the population of mains in this game have 200+ baking. I know almost everyone in my guild has 250+ baking or brewing cause they were cheap and easy to do.
At 250, I still had a 66% chance making these when I did Aid Grimel. At 300, I have not failed one in 60 combines.
You're right that the items are hard to gather, but how about this, since others seem to be able to get them easily through the quest... go get some for yourself, that way you won't feel left out of the party.
Sorry for being uncaring about this outrageous outrage that is completely unheard of and a slap in the face to all 300 bakers, but being a 300 baker and someone who consistently sells food and drink. I couldn't care less that some people got these as it has not even done one bit of damage to my sales.
