Ok, what am I missing on the DoD Augments?

I see 4 stones.

I see 4 metals.

I see a bunch of mechanotablets.

I see a seal quest.

I see a truly complicated combine box.

Lastly, I see a bunch of augments on Lucy.

I can't see how to get from Stones to Augments. Is this a simple as throwing one of each in the combine box? Or is there more to it?

If it is so simple (barring making the box) why is all the information on products from beta? People -say- they can complete the mission to get the lowest level stones.

And if there is some roadblock, why are people crazily buying up components that don't make things yet?

The info lately has been live info. Everything should work now. There were 2 bugged recipes.

and one of them was keeping people from making the combine box, and there was no work around like the other bug (which had a workaround)
