Mum's muffins and Legendary champagne

While searching for novelty food and drink items on Lucy, I came across "Mum's muffins" and "Legendary Champagne" (yes, they're both "live"). I am sure there are more, but these two came up and their history begins with DoD. I know about the vendor that sells pretty reasonable stat food and drink in DS, and that there have been a couple of new combines introduced as well, but so far I have no clue as to where these drop or sell or how these combine. I was hoping someone would have some background info on these two items as well. Thanks.

One thing about Lucy submissions - whether it shows as live or test depends on whether or not you check the 'Test server' checkbox in item collector, not where it actually comes from.

Mum's muffins were a GM only food once upon a time.. So yeah, they were live, but not like just anyone could get them. Am betting the legendary champagne is too considering it says *for the truly legendary*
