unfired Scrindite's Holepunch Mold?

Anyone figure this out yet? I didn't see anything in the DB and I haven't done Bellfast's quests, but I am pretty sure I made this in beta (and my notes are scattered and some lost).

I thought in beta the recipe was:

- 2 small blocks of clay
- water flask
- Scrindite's Mechanoinstruction Manual Page 5


Perhaps someone who has done the quest can confirm this. Sorry to post this here, but figured it would get better exposure with faster results.

Poxysmit's book not page 5. According to what Ngreth posted here though it will be Scrindite's book after the next patch.
