DoN Symbol Augments

I was looking at a symbol augment in Lucy and noticed Lucy lists the augment as useable in tradeskills. Does that mean the symbol augments can now be upgraded?

Those have been incorrectly flagged since they were released...

least week I went and flagged 460+ symbols as NOT usable in trade skills. (because they are not and never have been. If they are in the future I will just have to re-flag them. I just thought it was silly to leave them flagged)

This change will of course not happen until next item patch (should be 10/12 but that may change) and will take even longer to propagate to lucy/magello since people have to have the augment in hand I think (not in an item) to update those.
