I just made a set of Human Expert Symbol Patterns and was surprised to get a stack of 20 Expert Charm Patterns included.
My other characters have made Iksar and Wood Elf symbols and never saw such, but they have not created any new patterns since DoDH. That is why I post this under DoDH I suspect that the charms are a Darkhollow recipe.

The patterns look like a "Rolled Discordant Parchment" (Omens drop for Bloodfields portals) or a "Helle Splitpaw Haut" (drop in newest Splitpaw).
It comes in a stack of 20, but I suspect it can stack to 200, not verified.
