Looted one today in PoI.... It's used for the Box of Souls Quest which reuires a smithing combine. Has this always had Trade Skills Tag on it? The picture on Allakhazam's does not show it with one (but that could be really old).

It's still No Drop, Lore, and Magic.

Anything that can be combined in a container, even if it's a no skill combine, even if it's a quest container, will have the tradeskills flag on it. So whether or not it's always had it, it should have it. But for our purposes, it has no known use in tradeskills.

I'll have to check my notes when I get home from work, but if my memory serves me right, this is a smithing combine in a forge, and has a rather high trivial to it.

Ohhh I'm confusing it with the stuff you need for...um...well now I'm not sure. I knew I was much too sure of myself the first time there to be right.

My guess is that the picture on Allakhazam is really old. This item has been in game since the start of PoP and the tradeskill tag on items is fairly new.

It has always met the criteria to recieve the tradeskill tag.
