Search the database and click on any recipe you are interested in. Each component is also clickable so that you can find out if it is a subcombine or where it can be obtained (vendor sold or mob dropped)

or

Click on "Trade Supplies" on the main site's left menu, and select "By Zone" or "By Skill".

If an ingredient doesn't have the source of the item listed, that means nobody has submitted it yet. If you know, you can post the information yourself to be added to the database. Sometimes you can also try asking in the skill specific forum for some hints as to where it might drop/be purchased as well, as people may know but didn't think to post the information themselves.
