- Fixed an issue that caused quest and tradeskill recipes that resulted in an item of the same lore group as a component of the recipe from combining properly.

What are lore groups? Does this mean some items are lore across item numbers?

Yes, if I'm not mistaken, this was just added last Wednesday. You cannot have epic 1.5 and epic 2.0 at the same time, for instance. They are LORE even with respect to each other.

Actually I think the lore groups are older than that, but not real old

But the recent change that made Lore item combines fail seemed to be affected by "lore groups"

I think quest combines are still broken, I did my 2.0 in Anguish last night, you combine a globe of discordant energy in a spirit cage and you are supposed to get both back, the cage poofed and I was unable to finish my epic because the quest guy needed all 3 items.
