The halflings on the official EQ boards confirmed that spell stackability didn't make it into the patch. The code didn't make it through testing in time.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

There's a couple things to note about the Cultural changes that went in today, so I figure I'd take a second and go over them.
First, the changes that went in today were made specifically to address the disparity between specific pieces of the DoN Cultural Armor (Bracers, Arms, Boots, etc) and the equivelent purchased items from the DoN Merchants.
Second, for those of you who are major stat-crunchers, you may notice a very rare case where your base armor piece may have lost +1 to a stat or two. In every case, I made sure that the result of the stat-changes didn't result in an overall loss in stats, so where you may have lost +1 to a stat on the base armor, you should have gained it on the augment. Have no fear, this is actually intended.
And finally, this was one of the bigger issues I saw at Fan Faire (KyrosKrane dedicated part of the Fan Faire dinner to discussing this with me, complete with printout), and I finally got a chance to review it and make the changes I felt were necessary.
All in all, you guys should have a very solid set of gear that's at least equivalent, if not slightly superior to other similar armor that's available.

Woot! They added stats to the low level armor too! That should push the market up a little for DoN armor across the board!
Plus my little gnome has maxed INT now, overnight!
I'm really glad they thought to worry about the lower level players(Some of whom are not ex-70s returning to the game...)

Looks great, now I can outfit all my lower level characters in the DoN armor and it will be a decent set for at least master's and up. My druid gained like 70 hp and mana from the upgrade in her gloves and now I'm looking at getting a helm and maybe legs, the helm will be a big upgrade if I put similar augs on it to the gloves.

I just want to echo the others saying thanks to Maddoc.
This is very welcome and should make pieces other than the bp and legs (which were already very nice) desireable. As someone who has Master's DoN armor on 3 characters and hopes to make a full set of Iksar GM armor when my shaman gets a few more levels, I am particularly happy with the changes I have seen so far.

With the recent changes to the GM Augs, I created a GM Helm and Aug. Added a couple of other augs from the DoN vendor and it's now a very nice piece. I was so happy with the result! I can't thank you enough for the change.
...then I equipped it. Why, oh why, does it have a graphic? /sadface
Any chance that we can change the graphic on the helms to non-visable?

[FROGLOK ARMOR]
As of today you will no longer be able to wear Gnome Cultural Armor if you are a froglok. At this time we do not have any plans to exchange or reimburse players who purchased Gnomish Cultural Armor for their frogloks.
So to echo what Kaaba said, if you are a Frog in Gnome armor, if would be best not to die.Master Tailor Bumkus - Ogre Beastlord, making quilts and afghans for Ogres everywhere on Fennin Ro
