Expanding line of GM symbols

Since my return to the game, I've been making GM armor and symbols for sale. I quickly realized that symbols for other races sold better than the GM Plate armor for High Elves, so I began stocking symbols for different races on my bazaar mule. I have also restricted symbols to Chest and Legs, since they appear to sell pretty well. When a symbol sells, I replace it.

I am looking to expand my symbol line, and am looking for advice from other traders. I can do the following:

1. Add new dieties to my line

• Bertoxxolous
• Bristlebane
• Prexus
• Quellious
• Rodcet Knife
• Solusek Ro
• The Tribunal
• Veeshan

2. Add arms or perhaps helms to my line

3. Expand to making some high elf armor

From experience of other crafters/vendors, what seems to sell well? Where should I spend my resources on expanding my line?

My suggestion is to make a complete set of symbols, cept for the GM armguards, then rotate them in and out of your stock as you see fit can. I think that would generate a fair amount of business.. Also, open your trader greeting with "I do symbols to order, send me mail!" can get you some requests too.

I would have killed for a complete set of expert storm stuff at one point and no one was selling anything but legs and chest.

Of course, this advice varies as based on your server's markets... as with anything in the baz.

Thanks for the suggestion. How do you modify your trader greeting? I know a spot in the buyer interface, but don't have one in the trader interface.

When you /trad look at the bottom of the window(expand the window if you have to) there should be a long text input box at the bottom with the label "Welcome" or some such... can't give ya more details 'til I get home tonight.

I have gone to my /trader window and made it almost full screen. THere is no text window in it.

He's confusing the seller window (/trader) with the buyer window (/buy) which does have a box for customized welcome text.

Yep, that's what I was doing.... feature creep I guess...

I think the resist are kind of low on the robes and legs, and the other pieces have such low hp they really aren't worth wearing, let alone making.
