  • cultural symbols flagged as 'can be used in tradeskills'

Hi, regisetered to ask about this because I can't find any information anywhere.

How come the augments you make for cultural say they can be used in tradeskills? can they be further improved somehow? I was thinking maybe they can be both smithed and tailored somehow?

    Thanks

I would imagine it's because they can be combined with the cultural armor pieces....

but if that warrants the tag how come all augments don't have it? Putting an augment into a piece of armour isn't really a tradeskill.
Maybe your right, I'm just wondering if there is somethign different though.

I would agree. However, the armor pieces do not have that tag. I don't believe LDoN Augs have the tag either.

        Yet, I still agree.

I thought I read a post from Maddoc (or was it Absor? I always get them confused) that said this was a mistake. The cultural augments are not meant to be refined any further.

There's a ton of posts about this. They cannot be upgraded once made into their current form, and GM is the final stage. The reasoning was pretty much a goof for the tag and one of these days it'll probably be removed.
