DoN Iksar armor problems

The quest giver Sieeva Koan will not talk to me. Im an Iksar shadowknight. She cons apprehensively to me and wont even give me the first quests for the books.

I tried searching here and alla's. Im not using an illusion, tried zoning/camping and i have good faction with other Iksars in the city. I cant even find any info on what faction she is on so I can maybe try and change it.

any info would be great. thanks

edit. search sony boards and found out what my problem was. merchant faction or cab residents was low. need to do explorer knife quest to fix.

Doing the Bone Chip Quest raises most cabilis factions and might be easier than the explorer knife quest.

Do it alot. The explorer is a good hit, so I would go with that, but yes bone chip is easier on your way in and out. Merchants are the hardest to get good faction with. If you want to pad it, believe it or not, the curscale quest is a very good hit too. If you do that, team it up with killing the little scorpians and turning them into the iksar on the platform outside cab in the outpost. On your way to do explorer knives, kill some goblins and get torches. You can turn them in I think it Warsliks Woods for faction too. He gives you bandaids.
