Master and Grand master Cultural at same time?

Can one work on both of these quests at the same time? i.e Can one have both quests up in the little "mission window" and progress on them, or is for example the GM quest erased if I were to accept the Master quest?

I have all but the first quest in my window, so you can accept them all at once.
