Yes perhaps the best use of this is to find that person capable of making DoN cultural armor or whatever.

But really I was surprised that so few shadowknights were into tradeskilling. Guess it's mostly a druid enchanter thing.

I love tradeskills. SK's can farm easily. (especially with good Damage shields and dreadgaze going with the pet to do the killing while we loot) The madness started when I wanted to make armor and had down time at level 19 so I made lots of arrows. I like being able to make stuff for others and for myself which does help me progress. I am also an insane Iksar who likes to smith, but..

I would say SK's don't cause we need to be competitive to have a good spot besides bad DPS within a raiding guild, if we can get into a higher end guild.. on my server all SK's are closed closed closed, unless you have 1k+ aa's and your anguish key, even then....DPS city unless someone gets sick. Use that time to farm, tradeskill and those valuable AA's .. you are lower down on the food chain than those other sk's who put the time in xp'ing or actually making profit and selling to buy upgrades. I would think many hybrids wouldn't do them.. except maybe rangers cause they forage so well, due to equipment and spell needs taking up a majority of our time in order to be able to play with our friends of the same level and time. I am always surprised by clerics who do them, cause I know the troubles they can have farming at low levels. Still, that shawl quest I think did it for a lot of people who normally wouldn't. I often farmed with people during that quest, even though I didn't do it myself. That was a lot of fun! I was sold the second I got the coif quest in East Cabilis. OMG I can MAKE STUFF!

So called authentic profiles can be manipulated apparently. Atm there's a 61 pally with 0 aa's and 300 skill in all tradeskills.

If you find a fake profile, report it on the EQRankings boards. They're pretty good at finding and removing reported duds.

At the time of my posting, Jazequah was the only 2100 tradeskiller on The Nameless I knew of. At that time, Jazequah wasn't showing up as a 2100 tradeskiller on the Eqrankings site. Obviously, this has since changed. I don't know of any other examples, but I would expect there are other accomplished tradeskillers who aren't listed on Eq rankings.
