Trade skill bonus Items

I've been looking for a consolidated list of tradeskill bonus Items in the game. I haven't been very successful. Trophies and geerloks are obvious ones, so I'm not worried about them. I'm looking for drops that not everyone may know about. Now that the 252 hard cap has been removed, items with more that +5% are definitely worth chasing. Here are 3 items I know of, Please post more here. If you have a link, include it. Who drops it, where, and what bonus it gives would be nice.

Hammer of the Ironfrost XtC drop, SSRA Temple: +15% smithing
Frizznik's Robe of Tinkering Shei Vinitras drop, Akheva Ruins: +10% tinkering
Akhevan Shadow Shears Shei Vinitras drop, Akheva Ruins: +15% tailoring

There's also "gauntlets of dark embers" that are 15% blacksmithing, they drop in Vex Thal (forget off of whom).
