Haven't seen much discussion on this, so I'll toss up my experience for review.
Today this mean game told me "[Mon May 02 19:24:15 2005] You have worn your pattern book with so much use that it falls apart. You need a new one."
While making yet more molds from a Ancestral Wood Elven Armor book, as I've been using the new recipies to skill up smithing and tailoring.
Of course, the nice postit note I had with the runing tally of # of uses for the book is nowhere to be seen, and I seem to have deleted my log files from March
So I have no idea how many times I've used the book.
I do have 7 "You notice the pattern book becomes more worn as you work with it. You know that it will not last forever" since Apr 19th in my logs, not sure if that will show for the augment pattern books or not.
