Someone summitted an update regarding trading in a No Drop Cultural Fletching Kit for a token.

I was wondering if you trade in a prepatch kit for a token, do you get back a new working Cultural Kit?

I tried trading a Surefall Fletching Kit (made months ago) in for token. Then gave token back and received the same Surefall Fletching Kit back (same id#, same non working status). This was about two weeks ago.
