Bug in Halfling Grandmaster book quest.

Killing Stillmoon Stonecasters for the GM book is not working for some reason, I've completed every other step in the quest and this one refuses to update. Anyone else experience this problem?

You "should" have to get a task for that zone....not sure on which but for HIE GM book i had to get an instance zone for my stuff to drop.....so i may or may not be the same way for the other GM books

I just got my GM book yesterday. You have to kill the stillmoon stone casters during MISSIONS. That is the only time you get credit for them is when they are killed in an instanced zone. Hope this helps.
