hi there,

iam missing the option to barter my tradeskill product X for reas + Y.
did i miss something or is it really not possible?

if not, iam looking for a workaround maybe some high pp value vendor item.
i could make a buy line for this item, and give the products i want to sell in return. and next day i just sell the vendor item back to vendors.

so i dont have to make a 2nd acc for buying and selling at the same time.

anyone know a high pp value vendor bought non lore item which is sellable to merchants with low pp loss?

Actually, any gem usually nets bout a 5% loss when reselling. People who farm HGs for cash often buy gems from the merchan in RM.

Also, I used to carry gems with me and barter them for lava rocks when I was too little to farm them in Skyfire. I would park a mule there and log on to troll for anyone who had been looting them, then go back to Najena hoping for the rare drop there.

hm, looking something thats like 10 times or 100time worth a sapphire since i cant put more than one sapphire on the *get* side of the trade is best item i could sell would be worth like 150pp...

What's the resale on black gold ingots? That one is very high value and the vender is easily accessible.

You can only offer to buy one item, not a group of items. You can offer to buy a quantity of them, but you still buy them one at a time. However, you can offer a group of your items for the single thing.

The best items to sell back to vendors are usually gems, at a 5 percent loss (but you also buy them from merchants at a 5 percent premium, so really it comes out to about 10 percent). But gems aren't worth more than about 250 plat.

It's possible to try to barter some common bazaar items, such as muramite runes, but that really depends on yor ability to resell them in bazaar. In addition to the risk of playing the market like that, it's a special dilemma since you can't set up as a seller while you're a buyer.

I think for tradeskills it will be more reasonable to have the people who want our items set up their buyers, offering to trade ingredients for finished product.

There's another issue... how would any interested party find you? Your offer would only show up in the barter search under 'muramite rune'.
