Anyone found which zone to kill for Rough Patch of Goblin Skin and actually have it count? I have looted in 3 seperate instanced zones so far + the static stillmoon zone and no luck yet.

Missions is pretty much it...
This is for level 4 or 5? (Master or Grandmaster?) Anyhow doesn't matter.Originally posted by sustainedAnyone found which zone to kill for Rough Patch of Goblin Skin and actually have it count? I have looted in 3 seperate instanced zones so far + the static stillmoon zone and no luck yet.
I found you're going to have to do Missions (instanced) adventures to get your drops. I've done the Half-Elf Grand Master, 5 eyes still, and i've done them all in Missions. Some are probably better then others.

Thats the thing I have done missions, and have looted these items in multiple different zones, but I get NO credit for it. And this is for the grandmaster human task.
And to answer the question yes multiple tasks to complete another task, but none of it seems to work atm.

I have found that only Stillmoon instance skins work.
I have tried almost all instanced and noninstanced version of the other zones.
on eqlive there was a post by one of the Devs, that the "All zones" on the task bar is actually wrong, and that it only work in the zone specified in the npc text.

Human GM goblin skins must come from mobs that the name 'Stillmoon' in them to count. That means if you kill say Goblin Laborer in stillmoon temple and it dropped a skin, it still doesn't count, but a stillmoon laborer in the same zone/mission does.
I assume this is some kind of bug.

I haven't seen the exact wording on the GM quests as I have yet to do them myself, but if what you are stating is true, then it is probably designed as intended and is probably misworded on the quest. I've already found out that you can't fully read all those quests "as is" and expect them to be perfectly easy to figure out. Overall, I haven't run into any major issues yet.Originally posted by PhantronHuman GM goblin skins must come from mobs that the name 'Stillmoon' in them to count. Like one solo task I did... there were greyish drakes and red drakes, grey ones dropped what I needed, red didn't. I'm assuming it's a way of helping you see what it is you need to kill and don't need to kill. Who knows... so many weird new things with this expansion, that's just one more to add to it.
